Awesome service! I got some fabric to whip up a blind. The price was pretty good, and the delivery fee was way less than what you usually see. Despite it being Christmas time, my order arrived in no time, and the fabric turned out to be top-notch.

Super happy with our purchase, I got an old design duvet cover from Ted Baker that was hard to find elsewhere. I had a bit of concern about the website's legitimacy, but the item arrived quickly and is exactly what I hoped for, in flawless condition. I'm really impressed with how fast the product showed up, and I’d totally shop with this company again!

The curtains I received are stunning. However, I was a bit surprised that after shelling out £800, I had to pay extra for installation. I actually spent less on an interior designer who helped me choose, create, and install the curtains.

That said, the final product is just what I envisioned.

Quick service from the company - took away one star since they opted for Parcelforce for delivery during their strike, which really slowed things down - they oughta have chosen different carriers.

I requested 5 samples, but only got 4 since the 5th one was out of stock. Since these samples are for curtains, they’re a bit too tiny to really gauge the fabric properly. It took a week for them to show up, but I reckon the Post Office strike might've caused the hold-up. Plus, the samples didn’t have any labels, so I had to hop back onto the website to figure out which was which.

I got great help with sizing when I needed it. The curtains are really well crafted, and if I ever decide to get custom curtains again, I’ll surely consider this company. Thanks a bunch!

I ordered two chairs wrapped in fabric designed by Emma Shipley. The ordering process was simple. Since I was buying online, I decided to call the store to chat with the person handling online sales about a few queries. Everyone was super polite, friendly, and professional. The delivery was done efficiently. There was an issue with one of the chairs, but after I sent some photos via email, they quickly agreed to send a replacement and pick up the faulty one, which is scheduled for a specific date in December.

We picked up a set of pre-made curtains at the Blaydon shop and received top-notch service and guidance from Jackie and Shiela as we figured out how to get made-to-measure curtains for our bay windows. We’ve now scheduled a time for custom measurements, which won’t cost us anything after we finalize our curtain order. I’d definitely recommend this place!

A small package with five cushion covers was sent by Parcel Force to Northern Ireland, and they charged me £15. The real cost for a package this size is only £8.95, so I feel like I got hit hard on the shipping fees. Other than that, I'm really pleased with my purchase!
